Conference Fees

Registration deadlines:

• Early registration: by 20th December 2024

• Late registration: from 21st December 2024 to 7th February 2025
  
  

After 7th February NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ADMITTED and NO ONSITE REGISTRATIONS are possible.

The registration includes:

• lunches and coffee-breaks;

• event material;

• welcome reception;

• social dinner;

• 3-day Conference event (12-14 Feb 2024) and Aisem 2025 School (11 Feb 2024).

Students are required to send proof of their student status to eventi@fbk.eu  before the workshop. 

Info for sponsors – Platinum and Gold sponsors have free registrations included in their package.

School

The registration to the AISEM 2025 School follows a two-step procedure.

During the registration process, you will be asked to express your interest in attending the school. Due to space constraints, the number of seats is limited and priority will be given to students and early career researchers.

Selected participants will receive a link for the information about the school program.

Deadline

The deadline for the early registration is December 20, 2024 at 23:30, CET. Nevertheless, we encourage you to register as soon as possible.

Visa

Registered participants requiring a visa must review the instructions provided in this document.

OFFICIAL AISEM 2025 CANCELLATION POLICY.
Please disregard the one indicated on the Eventbrite registration page. 

Cancellation requests received by 31 December 2024 will get a 50% of reimbursement.
Cancellation requests received after 1 January 2025 will get no reimbursement.

 (Please note that reimbursements are intended net of management fees).
